HPR 5

ENGINE OIL

Semi-synthetic SAE 5W-40 engine oil for use in the latest generation of high performance motor car petrol engines. Ideal where this viscosity or a SAE 5W/10W-30 is recommended, also for new vehicles under warranty and for low load applications or for winter use in extreme cold. Exceeds API SL/CF performance level and those of the European ACEA A3/B3. Non-friction modified. May also be used in modern diesel engined motor cars and 4WD recreational vehicles where specified.

HPR 15

ENGINE OIL

An SAE 15W-60 semi-synthetic engine oil formulated for use in latest technology multivalve- multicam computer managed or conventional engines. Exceeds API SL/CF performance levels and those of ACEA A3/B3. Non friction modified. Primarily intended for: · Petrol fuelled cars (including turbocharged,'); · LPG fuelled cars. Can also be used in petrol and LPG fuelled four wheel drive recreational and light commercial vehicles (up to 3.5 t GVM) and diesel fuelled cars (including turbocharged). Meets the lubrication requirements of Porsche. For diesel fuelled four wheel drive recreational and light commercial vehicles, our primary recommendation is HPR Diesel 20W-60 or for new vehicles subjected to light work or for use in extreme cold, HPR Diesel Light 15W-40.

HPR 40

ENGINE OIL

A 25W-70 high viscosity engine oil for use in conventional engines and ideal for summer use or where climatic temperatures necessitate an oil of a higher viscosity. Also suitable for petrol engines with aftermarket turbochargers operating in high speed, high temperature conditions. Meets API SL/CF performance levels and those of ACEA A2/B2. Non friction modified. Not recommended for diesel engined cars, recreational 4WD and light commercial vehicles, use HPR Diesel oils.

HPR 50

ENGINE OIL

A 40-70 extra high viscosity petrol engine oil which meets API SL performance levels. Non friction modified. Suitable for use in large six and eight cylinder engines and those subjected to heavy load situations such as caravan, boat towing or competition. Equally suitable for large engined vehicles suffering oil consumption problems. To be used with caution in extreme cold.

An SAE 15W-40 semi-synthetic version of HPR Diesel also meeting the requirements of API CH-4/SJ and those of ACEA B3/B4/A3. Non friction modified. Developed specifically for modern computer managed, direct and indirect injection, turbo and non-turbocharged diesels fitted in passenger cars, 4WD recreational and light (to 3.5t GVM) commercial vehicles. Ideal for new vehicles under manufacturer’s warranty, low load or for winter use in extreme cold.

HPRDIESEL

ENGINE OIL

An SAE 20W-60 engine oil meeting the requirements of API CH-4/SJ and those of ACEA B3/B4/A3. Non friction modified. Developed specifically for turbo and non-turbocharged diesels fitted in four wheel drive recreational and light commercial vehicles operating under Australian conditions. Ideal in both direct and indirect injection engines. May also be used in higher mileage passenger car diesels where its use should reduce oil consumption.

HPR GAS

ENGINE OIL

An SAE 20W-60 developed specifically for LPG fuelled cars and light commercial vehicles operating in high temperature, high speed and/or high load conditions. Also for use in fleets with both diesel and petrol cars and light commercial vehicles. Exceeds all API specifications contained in Holden HN2314 and Ford WSE M2C902-A3 LP Gas engine lubrication specifications. The additives selected minimise nitration of the oil which can occur with the combustion of LPG. Nitration reduces the oil life and in extreme cases can cause corrosion of bearing metal. Exceeds API CG-4/SL performance levels and meets those of ACEA A3/B3/B4. Non friction modified.

Synthetic 5

ENGINE OIL

A full synthetic SAE 5W-60 engine oil formulated from the most advanced man-made base oils and additives. Best suited for high performance modern petrol engines in all types of vehicles in on-road and track applications. Meets the requirements of ACEA A3/B3/B4 and API SL/CF. Non friction modified Recommended for all types of high revving turbo and supercharged engines and modern naturally aspirated large capacity high output engines. Also recommended in diesel engined European passenger cars and light duty diesel engines.
