Makes clean cuts - no ragged edges. Cuts most non-metal reinforced rubber hoses up to 3" ID. Excellent for cutting thin-walled flexible pipe, PE, PVC pipe (up to 11/2") used in sprinkler systems. This hose cutter is lightweight with nylon handles. The blade closes into the handle for safety. Note: Use the small cutter for hoses up to 11/2" ID.
